Sunset Guesthouse

Our apartment house is located in Balatonfüred, in a quiet and pleasant area, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Balaton. The beach and the Tagore Promenade can be reached within 5–10 minutes on foot, while a grocery store, tobacco shop, bus stop, and railway station are all located nearby, making transportation and shopping extremely convenient.

The property offers 6 apartments of various sizes and layouts. Each unit features a private bathroom, television, refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi access.

The upstairs apartments offer a beautiful panoramic view of Balatonfüred and the Tihany Abbey, and are equipped with air conditioning. Guests staying on the upper floor can also enjoy a shared terrace furnished with a table and chairs for each apartment. Please note that the terrace is shared and not private.

The ground-floor apartments have direct garden access and a semi-basement design, which keeps them pleasantly cool during the summer months. These apartments are particularly suitable for guests who prefer cooler interiors or easy access to the garden. Pets are welcome in these units.

Please note that in the Penthouse Apartment, the kitchen and bathroom are not located directly inside the room. Both are accessed from the shared corridor and are reserved exclusively for the apartment’s guests.

Free parking is available for our guests in the courtyard.

1. King Apartment – First Floor (3 Guests)

This 30 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. The bedroom features one double bed and one single bed. Guests have access to a private bathroom with shower and a fully equipped separate kitchen.

2. Penthouse Apartment – First Floor (4+1 Guests)

This spacious 40 m² apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. The bedroom contains four separate single beds, which cannot be joined together. The apartment also features a balcony, television, and wardrobe.

The private bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet. A fully equipped separate kitchen is available, along with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one additional adult.

3. Gold Apartment – First Floor (3 Guests)

This 30 m² apartment has a layout similar to the King Apartment. The bedroom includes one double bed and one single bed. Guests can enjoy a private bathroom with shower, television, wardrobe, and a fully equipped separate kitchen.

4. Silver Apartment – Ground Floor (3 Guests)

This cozy 24 m² apartment features one double bed and one single bed, making it an excellent choice for couples, small families, or friends.

The apartment includes a private bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchenette, ideal for preparing breakfasts and simple meals.

5. Classic Apartment – Ground Floor (2 Guests)

This 20 m² apartment offers comfortable accommodation for 2 guests. The bedroom features a double bed, while the apartment also includes a private bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette.

6. Bronze Apartment – Ground Floor (2 Guests)

This practical 15 m² apartment is furnished with two separate single beds. Guests also have access to a private bathroom with shower and a well-equipped kitchenette, suitable for preparing breakfast and light meals.
