In the holiday resort area of Balatonfüred, 400 meters from Lake Balaton and the beaches, a standalone vacation home with a pool is available, located under the main road 71.

The vacation home provides comfortable accommodation for 4-6 people, even with up to 50% discount off-season, and reasonable prices during the peak season.

The approximately 400 sqm grassy plot is landscaped, and the vacation home is situated towards the farther end from the road, ensuring that road noise is not disturbing. There is parking space for 2 cars on the property.

You enter the vacation home through a covered terrace, leading to a dining area and corridor, which opens to the kitchen. The bedroom section is located in the inner part of the house, providing peaceful rest even during the peak season. Here, you will find two rooms: a smaller room with two single beds and a larger room with a king-size bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet in this section.

A steep staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a spacious, separate attic family room. This room has a double bed and a sofa providing accommodation for 2-3 people. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet accessible from this room.

On the grassy area, there is a 3 x 5 meters heated pool, offering refreshing moments on hot days.

Free Wi-Fi is provided in the vacation home.

The vacation home is used by only one family at a time, and the owner does not reside there. It is available for rent to families only, due to noise regulations.
