Our guesthouse offers comfortable 2-, 3- and 4-bed rooms and apartment units, each with a private bathroom and access to kitchen facilities. Guests also have access to a spacious shared dining area, where each unit has its own dining table, as well as a fully equipped shared kitchen.

In the courtyard, one parking space per accommodation unit is provided. The dining area opens directly onto the garden, where a covered terrace, sunbathing area, garden furniture and sun loungers ensure relaxation. Guests can also enjoy a shared heated swimming pool, which is typically available from mid-May until mid-September, depending on weather conditions.

The Private Premium Apartment at Kék Hullám Guesthouse is a spacious, 120 m² accommodation with 4 bedrooms in Balatonfüred, offering larger families and groups of friends a private garden area and a 10-metre-long, heated and covered swimming pool for their exclusive use.

The apartment is located on the middle floor of Kék Hullám Guesthouse but has a separate access from the other parts of the guesthouse, which are rented by the room. Guests arrive from a different street and enter through their own electric gate, leading to a separate private parking area.

The 120 m² apartment features 4 separate bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, while a whirlpool bathtub provides additional comfort.

The accommodation also features a large terrace with direct access to its own private garden area. The 10-metre-long, heated and covered swimming pool is located in this separate garden and is reserved exclusively for guests of the Private Premium Apartment.

The garden also offers a covered pavilion, a summer kitchen, an additional refrigerator, barbecue facilities, sun loungers and parasols, providing everything needed for comfortable outdoor relaxation.

The private parking area is accessible through a separate electric gate and offers parking for several vehicles.

For larger groups, the house can only be booked exclusively to ensure a peaceful stay. In case of group reservations, prior consultation is required in every case before payment of the deposit; we reserve the right to accept or decline bookings.

Our guesthouse primarily welcomes families and calm, respectful groups of friends. Due to the residential nature of the neighborhood, bachelor and bachelorette parties are not permitted.

For group bookings, a security deposit is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damage has occurred, local noise regulations have been respected, the furnishings remain in their original condition, waste has been properly disposed of, and used kitchen equipment has been cleaned.
