The building offers 4 fully independent apartments, each separated by floor. Each apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and varies in size and amenities, making them perfect for couples, families, and small groups alike. The garden, heated pool, sun loungers, and wellness area are shared among guests.

Apartment 3 (Deluxe)

The highlight of the property is the 100 m² apartment, located on 3 levels on the poolside. Its terrace is situated directly in front of the entrance and overlooks the pool.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, and a full set of dishes, cutlery, and glassware.

Upstairs, there are 2 full-size bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, a private sauna, and a separate toilet. The apartment also features a private rooftop terrace offering stunning views of Lake Balaton and the surrounding hills.

Apartments 2 & 4

Two 50 m² apartments with 2 bedrooms and a living room are located on the other side of the building. Apartment 2 is on the ground floor, while Apartment 4 is on the first floor. Both apartments are identical in size and equipment.

Each bedroom has a double bed, and the living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a TV. Both apartments have a private outdoor terrace. The bathrooms include a shower and toilet in the same room.

The kitchens are fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, and a full set of dishes, cutlery, and glassware.

Apartment 1

Located on the semi-basement level with direct garden access and large windows, this bright and fully equipped apartment features 1 bedroom and a living room.

The bedroom includes one double bed and two single beds. The living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a TV. A private terrace is located in front of the entrance. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet in one space.
